As I Teach This Year...

Ran across an excellent, inspiring post recently by Bud Hunt titled, "An Open Letter to Teachers". Put it on your list of things to read at the start of this academic year. My goal is to glance often at his suggestions so I "wordled" it. Thanks, Bud!

Oh wow! First, the content is great! It made me track down Bud's awesome post, and print out this wordle for my office. Second, what a cool way to use a Wordle...and you made me go figure out how to keep words together. Thanks for this great post!

You bet! I just did such a thing with my students about a week ago. Got really positive feedback on this web app. I can see lots of applications for it in the classroom far beyong an introductory activity. :)

I can't wait to print this and hang it by my desk. I like the wordle because it will be a quick visual reminder I can use daily
